  • A great Game 5 Stars. I still have the originall versions of RE 1.2 and 3 and they all are excelent games =D. Re3 is almost greatest put it is too easy on a Hard Difficult.

  • It's not working for me, it plays the video on start up and shows the Nemesis guy standing ontop of the police station then says capcom..then it just goes black and dose nothing after that. i have no problem with RE directors cut and RE2 running

  • Capcom was practically nothing before this series. Megaman? Give me a break please. This series put Capcom on the map. The first RE game I ever played was RE2. I had some extra allowance , rode down to the store and saw this. I played it and Ive been addicted to zombie brains ever since. Then the movies started coming out and I rather liked the first and second movie third was good too. Ive played RE1 , RE2 , RE5 and now i will soon be playing RE3 for the first time. You dont need to have played the others to pick up and play a RE game. They all possess that grab-and-play addictiveness. I strongly reccomend this series to all. This concludes my game reveiw. However I do have a question to those willing to post there opinions:

    the ending of 5. The first aspect is that..well...Wesker is dead =( which doesnt leave alot of future plot development. I once speculated that perhaps the Wesker in RE5 was just a clone implanted with Weskers memories and that Wesker was still out there somewhere. However now Im not sure about this. Altough the ending for RE5 paid great homage to the RE1 original ending it didnt give much room for another sequel in the series. In short my question is does anyone have an opinion on this or what they think RE6 will consist of or if there will or will not be a RE6. Please tell!

  • Let me just start by saying the Resident Evil series is a classic mind blowing zombie killing game! I played them all from resident evil zero to the last RE5 even played the side stories unforunately. Meaning Resident Evil Survior that was an epic fail in my opinion but comparing RE0 through RE5 isn't correct. The reason why is because RE0 through RE: Code Veronica were survival horror based. RE4 and RE5 are mostly action packed third person shooters which aren't bad but completely different catagory. I think they lost there way after Code Veronica meaning the feel of Survival Horror. I remember back when Capcom was competing against Konami's Silent Hill which is another series im a fan of and I also own every game in that series and love them all. Konami's Silent Hill stayed a survival horror you can't compare it to any others since RE has gone shooter based im just looking forward to the new Remake of Silent Hill looks to be a True Survival horror and I can't wait to play it. Also I dont think there is gonna be a RE6 maybe some spin off's like Outbreak or another shooter based game like RE:Dark Chronicals which I look foward to playing =)

    That's just my opinion and thoughts.

  • This game was bloody made to scare the shit out of you, I think I lost count the amount of times I jumped when I first played this.

    P.S.-Slient Hill is still the scariest game on the PSX, but this is the scariest Resident Evil in the franchise.

    P.S(again sorry)-And the newer RE games (4&5) are not scary at all.

  • Nemesis is the most badass villian in any game.Too bad that in RE umbrella chronicles they made him look like a pussy,and in the movie! jesus christ!This is the one and only Nemesis we all love and hate and fear at the same time.Will stop at NOTHING.too bad RE4 and 5 are just pieces of shit.the onld shool RE are the best!!

  • resident evil is better in ps 1 than the newest ones, they're the last survival horror class. the others( exept zero, remake and outbreak) are survival shooting.

  • Anyone help me? When i downladed this resident evil 3 nemesis then i cant extract the .bin and .cue file? What should i do? It says: WinZip has encountered problems during this operation.

  • Got an issue with this. After the title cinimatic scene, the screen goes completly back and doesn't do anything else. I do not know if it's frozen or still trying to load. If it is trying to load, its been like 5 minutes now and nothing has happened
